The pollution affecting these people is coming from the sky. Please look up chemtrails as there have been a number of planes in the sky spraying chemicals into the upper atmosphere, of course most people think that these are just contrails when there is a difference between the two. I have seen these planes flying up and down spraying things into the sky.
I have been suffering from something similar to what these people are experiencing, although not the nausea.
